No Card Machine

I and 3 friends went to Mc Donalds and waited 30 min the drive through Que. When wanted to order the lady informed us that the card machine is not working. I feel its unacceptable that we waited in the Que for that long and couldn't even place an order or get any food because i only had my card wit me and no cash. The lady that informed us was also very rude. this is not the 1st problem i have had with this Mc Donalds. I feel that the Manager could have arranged with one of his staff to inform everyone that the card machine is not working before going in the drive through Que.
