No Cappucino

I needed a large cappuccino with my sausage mac****in but was told that the machines where being cleaned so there was nothing available. Who cleans the coffee machines that time of the morning? Can the night shift not do this? Needless to say my next and future option is KFC. Its unfathomable that they do not have coffee in the morning
