No attention to detail.

I usually order from McDonald's Adderley store.

I had a few instances where I just let specific mistakes slide, but today I've had it!

I ordered an orange juice with my meal and I got a coffee instead!

Once or twice is fine, but this is the third time that I've experienced the above.

Please fix this going forward!
