No assitance at the McCafAA(C) counter

Good day, I am just pointing out the lack of service at the McCaf? counter at the Goodwood Branch of the above mentioned restaurant. It was on the 26/02/2015 when I entered the store,at the counter was 3 clients waiting on their food to be served, I was at the McCaf? counter (nobody behind the counter at the time 20:15). I stood there for almost 10 minutes whiles staff just looked at me while waiting for service, the one cashier said she was going to get a manager. When the store started to fill up with more clients and the Q at the McDonalds counter started to grow the cashier told me to Q in that section to place my order which I need at the McCaf? counter. I left the store at 20:28 but not even a manager or supervisor came to see what the problem was, then on the 27/02/2015 I called the customer care line to log the complaint, they told me they will get back to me within 24hr with a report, it is 02/03/2015 already and no call from McDonalds. This to me is not acceptable at all.
