No acknowledgement for a complaint

I have ordered 5 different meals on Mr D at the McDonald's Plumstead. Ordered 3 chilli cheese burgers and another 2 meals. All 3 chilli cheese burgers were incorrect. They gave me cheese burgers instead. Too top it off... I cannot do tomato sauce... And the burger is FULL of search. I have made Mr D aware of this and all they respond to my complaint is that they will look into this. I have sent them photos to proof it, but no feedback or no response nothing!!! Pathetic!!! Its not like it was free food!
