No accountability

Honestly it deserves no stars, from the horrible service from these ladies at the Parktown empire site, to receiving the order late and cold and to top it off, the wrong order but the tip of the ice berg after spending so much supporting this franchise they still burn my meat like ***. If you want to waste your money on bad food, go there. They didn’t even have cappuccino on a freezing day.
