Nightmare in McDonald’s Rivonia

Customer Service: 1/5 Cleanliness: 0/5 (Tables were not cleaned and the toilets are dirty smelling like urine )

Yesterday (06/12/2022) my sisters and I went to McDonald’s in Rivonia and what a terrible experience! We ordered sit-in and the tables were not cleaned at all. Our food took forever ( which wasn’t the problem because it was peak hour ) the problem I had was with their attitudes when we went up to check if our food was ready. The woman behind the counter was absolutely rude & disrespectful to my sister snapping at her telling her to wait and that food will be given at her time. She packed the tray so **** that everything ended up falling over. When the mess was made I ended up mopping myself with 3 staff members looking at me and walking away offering no help whatsoever.
