night shift excuses

I am very displeased with the fact that whenever I go to the. Ghandi square Macdonald to purchase a icecream or milkshake the machine is never working and when I go there before 6 I'm always able to buy an icecream. So Macdonald's should either clarify that ghandi square branch has no icecream after 6 so I can initially go to a different store because this results to bad service and the manager was there listen yet did not even explain the reason to this. I need clarity officially from the ghandi square staff on. Why they do this at night.
