Nhlanhla won't help you

Please help I thought it was just delivery system but I to the store at McDonald's her name is Nhlanhla she gave me attitude because it was closing I said it's ok then she decided to give me service after that I even left my card there now I have to get another card it's so painful to support a place then something like this happens
