New McDonald's Dissapointment

Our McDonald's in Grahamstown opened recently I took my children and bought 2 happy meals and 2 Big Mac Meals. The place was nice, clean and the staff was professional however they didn't have the boxes the happy meals came in nor the toys that my children were so excited to get. I wanted to order a grimace shake and was told that they didn't have the ingredients but there was a lady before and after me that ordered and received one.

I received my food as take away and left. Had to return as one of the happy meals didn't have their fries. The food was not up to McDonald's standard for me and my husband.

We were told to come back the next week for the toys. I went back the Monday and they only had the girl toy, was told to come back later that week when I went back for the 3rd time just for the toys I as told they didn't know when they would get the boy toys.

For a brand new store this is not a great start. I would not happily support this McDonald's in the future.
