New disgusting packaging for Strawberry Sundae at Monavoni

Mcdonalds Monavoni, the waiting time is not acceptible and the service, below sub standard. I waited for 32 mins in the driveway only to get a Strawberry Sundae in a cup with a drinks cap. Ice cream pressed out and looking disgusting. I asked the consultant and she said itnis what it is... so its normal for them. I asked for the manager and she also said the same. It is what is it. So disappointing.
