Never order from Mcdelivery!!!

I heard about Mcdelivery new service for McDonald's delivery. I thought I'd try it out. While registering the account online I couldn't find my physical address. So I called there call centre and was told by their agent that I fall under a different suburb so I must select that suburb. I did that and placed my order. 30mins later a chap phones me and tells me he is in that suburb but can't find my address. I explain to him I'm in a different suburb and used that address as I was told to do so by the call centre. Next thing I get a call from McDonald's Pinetown saying that my address is out of their delivery area and there is nothing they can do about it. They can't drop my food off and they can't re-imburse my credit card. I have to drive to the store at 8pm to fetch my money then go and place a new order to collect and then take home. I am disgusted by this service and warn everyone else out there to be careful when using this service. The call centre says there is nothing they can do about it as it's now the stores problem. I honestly can't see myself getting that money back and someone is having a free dinner thanks to me.
