Never has ice cream

I stop at this mcDonald's east rand value mall often for a ice cream, But they hardly ever have ice cream,, Really unacceptable, Tonight they tell me that The masjien has been broken for over a week, BAD!!!!! So my question is,, What is the Big Bosses going to do about this as I feel like stopping to buy there, This problem with no ice cream has happened about 3-4 times only in this year 2016 and it is only March now....
