Never again McDonald's Sunningdale & Mr Delivery

I loaded the Mr Delivery app on my cellphone and ordered a McDonald's meal for the 1st time online on 19 November 2019 from McDonald's Sunningdale and I was very unsatisfied. When my food eventually arrived my food was ice cold. I complaint on their app and was told that they will revert back in 24 hours. I still haven't heard a word from McDonald's or Mr Delivery. This is not good customer service at all.
