never again

i went to McDonald on Saturday with my family to go and get some food and when i got to the store it was packed as always of which i understand. the biggest problem that i had was that there were only 2 tills that were opened around five on the busiest afternoon and there was no one who was helping the cashiers to pack the food and i waited on the Que for 20 minutes and i had to wait for my food for another 23 minutes before we could eat. when i asked who was the manager in charge i was told it was Clement and i saw him in the office through out my waiting he was in the office. tI was so disappointing with the service i got as i frequent the restaurant but never have i received such bad service
