NEGLIGENCE AT MCDONALD'S

Greeting my name is athini on the 9th I visited on of your stores and I must say I am highly angered, disappointed and heart broken at the traumatic living challenging and excruciating painful experience I have received at Macdonald kenako mall. Upon ordering via app I paid at the store and upon awaiting for my order, I requested the rest room as I entered the rest room I slipped and spraint my ankle and knee nd slightly peed on my painties upon impact.... only to find out that that the floor was highly wet due to a mopping cleaning attempt that was unfurnished and the was NO sign to alert the warning..... the bathroom lights are dimm as it is..... I was soo embarrassed and in mostly in pain I called for a manager and reported the incident she apologized and asked me not to report it as it might effect the job of the person who was responsible for the mopping , she explained the sign was not there because it had broke... like a whole Mac D gas only sign how? I am left limping mind you I am a sales agent I have to travel around to make an income I live in the location have no medical aid imagine on a Friday how public hospitals are now I have to pay for pain meds and rubbing stuff whilst stuck at home.... I am disgusted the the manager of Mac D was so frank about my injury which is deterioting its not broken but spraint. What happens now I loose because of negligence. my contact number ***.
