NEGLECTED COMPLAINT

⚠️ I am outraged at the lack of customer service at the south African head quarters or complaints department, more especially to the person or ppl handling my case after my injury at one of your stores.... it amazes me on how disregarded and unsympathetic my case has/is being handled...I have emailed the handler but to response the j ly person who responded was the store manager whom recfered Mr to the case handler whom I email in regards to a follow up but to no response.....I guess the click in my last entitles me to be undermined but never have you undermined my support over the years.
