negative comment over the phone

I asked one of the staff ( Sphe) to place the kid meal for one and she forgot to tell them that they must bring the machine to swipe. I then call them I spoke to Ntswaki that they need to bring the machine, which she said they dont have the swiping machine, and i asked her if my order has been prepared already if not then they must cancel , she said i must hold so that she can check for me and then i overheard her talking to somebody ( Guy) asking if the order is ready because the client want to cancel, and she further said in zulu " LA BANTU BA SJOWELA" AND THE GUY ALSO SAID WHO IS THAT " BA SJOWELA , and lady put the phone down without giving me feedback, i have to call again asked why are they putting the phone down because she told me to hold and why are they say all those word she then said no they were not talking about me, and i further ask if you were not talking to me why put my phone down without giving me feedback how will i know if the order is along the way or cancelled.
