I received bad service from Macdonald Woodmead manager William..he refused to assist me when his stuff helped me to redeem my voucher when the redeem was not working for couple of days... they told me to contact Macdonald and tell them about the issue as it’s not their problem. I told the manager that the issue here was but the app redeem. The stuff stuff member was asked infront of me to why she doesn’t knw that the redeem is not working, and she said she was never told. I asked the manager William to assist since this is due to the stuff management. The manager was so rude to me telling me that the is nothing they can do and I must call the Macdonald. The voucher I was redeeming was a complementary birthday voucher which I can’t get it back, Like the other special they have on the app.
