NAIL FOUND IN MY BIG MAC
I know its late but I need to share this right now , I am immensely disgusted in McDonald's Florida. As I just start digging in to my McDonald's burger I feel something scratch my tongue. A NAIL!!!!! Lucky for me I do nails and I can clearly see that this is a thumb nail that was **********. McDonald's can't even say it's my nails because my nails are ACRYLIC! When you woke in a restaurant and handle food are you not supposed to wear gloves? Especially because you do not want your customers to choke on nails. Also WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE WEARING GLOVES 24/7! I AM DISGUSTED. I THREW UP BECAUSE BESIDES GETTING YOUR ORDER WRONG WHEN YOU REQUEST DELIVERY, IF YOU ACTUALLY GO TO MCDONALD'S TO ORDER FOOD INSTEAD OF A TOY THEY ARE GIVING AWAY NAILS. THIS IS DISGUSTING I HAVE NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH ANIMALISTIC BEHAVIOR. I am sure that @McDonald's Has violated several health codes.

I just left McDonald's florida. I get there and ask to speak to the manager. They bring me "the manager" , I asked her how quickly she can get the owner of the McDonald's. No one answers me. When I show them the finger nail in my burger she says "SHO" and calls the real manager. The manager says that they order lettuce that come in a pack and the nail could have come from there and not their staff. To which I reply "that is still not the customers problem , that fault falls on McDonald's as your staff need to check the food and not throw whatever they want to into a burger blindly. He agrees. I then ask him if its not compulsory for those working in the kitchen to wear gloves (even before the pandemic) he agrees.... and now during the pandemic , EVERYONE working in the restaurant needs to wear gloves. (Which might I add the MANAGER DID NOT HAVE GLOVES ON). The manager goes to the back to call I don't know who, probably his friend cause he came back with no information only that he needs my name and number. Whilst the manager is at the back and man (one of the staff) come from the kitchen and he has no gloves on. I asked the manager why he has no gloves on and he replies that the man doesn't work in the kitchen , but the man was in the kitchen. Besides him working in the kitchen THERE IS A VIRUS GOING AROUND WHY ARE SOME OF THE STAFF AT MCDONALD'S FLORIDA EXEMPT FROM WEARING GLOVES WHEN THEY ARE DISTRIBUTING FOOD TO THE PUBLIC. After everything I asked them for a refund , they refuse to give me a refund and say that I didn't bring back the other burgers on the slip! So I paid for a burger with a nail in it and they refuse to even give my money back for the burger. I voice recorded everything and the manager then says why am I recording without telling him when he saw me recording in the beginning, to which I reply that I WILL RECORD OUR CONVERSATION BECAUSE IT IS MY SECURITY AND HE CANNOT LIE ABOUT ME AND I CANNOT LIE ABOUT HIM.
