My order was over 2 hours late

I ordered online at 10:30 16/12/2017 and was told it would take an hour again at 11:45 i received a call saying my order is delayed it's now 12:49 the order has still not arrived and I'm leaving work soon. I'm never gona buy from this branch as it's not the first time i experienced a problem.
