My food had a lock in

I am sad to say that my fiance ordered chips and a Mcflurry from the Mr D food app and when delivered 21.11.2019 at 7:45 she was eating her chips and found a lock inside her food, yes she literally found a lock in her food. we ordered from the Mc donalds at Main reef, Auckland park across campus square. Today she is having severe diarrhea. I am very dissapointed and will never trust a delivery service again nor the Mcdonalds that we ordered from. Please get your things straight before deciding to order from these people. It is unconfirmed where the lock came from, In the boot where the food was kept or from the store, either way, the proper safety measures was not taken.
