My complain is directed to Mc Donald’s at Nkomo Village.

I have been a loyal Mc Donald’s costumer for a long as I can remember.

I love Mc Flurry Choc Caramel and I have a problem lately when I make a special order at Nkomo Village. I always add extra choc nubs and extra caramel, which I pay for. But, at Nkomo Village (Mc Donald’s), the manager – Mr. Alfios Noko, told all the cashiers not to serve me an Ice Cream that has extras. Either he has an unknown issue with me or he’s bad at being a manager (customer service). This problem has been going on for a while now and I refuse to him walk over me. My problem is, if the menu offers extras, why is the manager refusing my order as per my request? In all the Mc Donald’s that I have been, they’ve never had a problem with how I order my Mc flurry (Choc Caramel with extras).
