MUST IT BE CALLED A PARK THRU?

Not once have I received my food at the last window at McDonalds without being asked to go wait for it. I now profusely refuse to move until I get my food.<br> <br> What I noticed they are doing (according to a lady at the Benoni Central McDonalds) is that they ask the customers to go park due to the fact that there is a timer and customers should not wait long. So whatever service levels are sent through (if any) from McDonalds drive thru are false as it seems that customers get their food fast and in fact they are just parking and waiting for it.<br> <br> Customers must know the real reason why they are asked to go park.<br> <br> I switch my engine off and wait till I get my food. I will not go park and wait.
