Muizenberg McDonalds Pathetic Manager and Customer verbally harrassed

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I have just had the worst experience at your Muizenberg branch. Not only did I wait 30 mins to get service at your drive thru there, but the I spent a further hour waiting on my food only to have the wrong food delivered, no one asked if I would wait in the grill bay, so I had to suffer from abuse from the other customers in the line. I was verbally assaulted by a customer and the manager did absolutely nothing but hide in the store. I had to park my car with my kids to go in to the store to fetch my remaining order which was not even prepared, after 45 mins of waiting and then I had to wait a further 15mins to get my money back for my remaining two meals which was not even the correct amount. I have never been as disgusted with your establishment as I am today and will never return to that McDonalds if any. Not only did I suffer verbal harassment because the staff cannot do their jobs but then the management is so slack that they couldn't even offer any sort of apology! The security guard even came in to find out if I was OK but your manager just looks at me and takes his own sweet time to give me my money back because my order can't be processed. I am beyond disgusted.</p> <p>You have lost a very loyal customer!</p>
