****** inside McDonald's and no action

I was ****** inside of the McDonald's at the Buzz shopping in fourways on 29th April. I reported the case to the police the same day and called McDonald's head office the next day. The investing officer contacted me before the manager of the store and they told him to come back another time to view the cameras. I've been promised a call from risk and everytime I call for feedback I'm told we will call you back. It's the 8th today and I've had the pleasure of no feed back. So maybe the store is in on the ******* considering I was inside and one shouldn't even bother reporting such because McDonald's doesn't take a stance. People should know incase it too happens to them that they should not bother. So better be safe..... Imagine if I had fought and was injured as I actually ran after them while the security in store just stood and did nothing! Again, that's probably why I've still heard nothing.
