I was at McDonald's vaal mall I've never seen a poor service like this in my whole life. I think they should take their staff to training,I waited for my order for more than 35mins only to find out they skipped my order number just imagine I was seating with my family watching people who found us there eating before us. I was so frustrated and angry went to the cashier to ask what was going on with my order no one would take accountability then I asked for a refund they told me it would be back on my account the next day which is today but the money is not reflecting on my account.
