Most terrible experience

Im writing to you to lay a complaint about the most awful experience we had at your Umhlanga branch McDonalds. we walked into the place, stood in a line and found that your once kid friendly/family restaurant had changed to the local tavern. There were people drunk and fighting. The language in that place was just so revolting. It was so unsafe there that we feared for our lives and left right away. We were unable to get the meals we wanted. We were just so disheartened. We were in desperate need of food as we had a long drive ahead of us. where were your managers? People on duty to see to the place, to see that things are safe? we had our kids there.
