Most pathetic service ever received.

Stood for over 30 minutes just waiting for Ice cream at the Atterbury branch. That after i spent R500 on food in store. Even waiting for the food was aboit a 40 minute wait. Totally pathetic service. When I requested a refund for the ice cream i bought I was told that they can't give me R30 cash as I paid with my card!!!!
