most horrible service received

<p>last night at about 21:00 i my partner and i went to mcdonlds melville. my partner specifically requested fanta with no ice. upon fetcing the order at the last window of te drive through. he gets his fanta with ice. he then tells the teller that he had told the guy that he doesnt want it. the teller started yelling saying that the receipt didnt say otherwise and he didnt not request it. the other guy started scooping the ice out with a s**** i dont know whether it was clean!!! the teller continued exchanging words with my partner even though the other teller told him that it was the mistake from the other teller. the experience was horrible the gentleman was absolutely rude!!!! melville mcdonalds is **** with thier cold fries!!!!!!</p>
