More than a 30 MIN wait at a drive through

I went to Midridge McDonald and it took more than 30 MINUTES to finish my order.(at a drive through)The staff was unfriendly. Note that this is not the first time my order has taken this long. I’ve not rated previously as I thought it might be an exception. This seems to be a trend.
