Monument or restaurant you decide?

<p>Please finalize your decision on opening a monument or restaurant as the place is usually closed in any event. A simple hi this restaurant is temporarily close due to whatever reason. But driving across town to get some breakfast just to realize that the drive thru restaurant is closed but no notice boards has been erected.</p> <p>Either close the place or open it for business.</p>
