MONSTER at Macdonald's

<p>I am a regular customer of Macdonald's in Braamfontein,as my workplace is in the area. On saturday the 1st of October I was in Brasam in the Morning to attend something. and since I had a little time to spare I decided to into Macdonald's to get my regular orange juice. but I was never ready for the trauma I was about to experience! after placing my order number I decided to quickly rush to the restroom upstairs, but as I was going up the stairs, a man looking up at me screamed angrily " hey where are you going" and I just looked at him with a puzzled face face,thinking he is either mentally disadvantaged or maybe not talking to me even though he appered to be talking to me,and just continued on to the bathroom. but even when I was in there, I had loud noises and someone speaking in an angry tone and when I came out there he was! pointing a finger in my face!speaking in zulu and I asked him "what's wrong with you" and asked him to get out of my way as he was blocking me from going through but instead he shut the welded sliding gate in my face! making it impossible to go go down the stairs and screaming with even spits coming out his mouth that "this is not a public toilet" and I told him I am a customer I bought something but he never even asked that cause he is already angry and screaming, he was not listening to me he continued in his loud tone saying "he is the security of the Macdonald's" and I will listen to him at this point I was just disturbed that such a person has been put in charge of anything and more traumatised to deal with customers. one of the employees appeared and I asked him what's wrong with this guy and that he never even asked to see my receipt or anything he is just busy screaming at me,the employee slid open the door and let me to go through! and I could see the subject getting even angrier telling his collegue he will hit me. I was soo traumatised, i remember going down the stairs traumatised as to what could have provoked such anger and violence!! Iturnrd around as he was following me going down the stairs to ask him "what's wrong with you,why are are you so angry" and that's when he said "f### you" "you don't know me I will hit you" I was grabbing my juice from the counter at this point and literally ran out! scared he was going to heat me as I could not comprehend the anger and violence but a collegue was blocking him! my quuestion is this does Macdonald's ensure they give employees psychometric assessments when hiring? cause this is now putting customers at danger,when someone snaps over NOTHING like that?! and he believes he is being put in a position of authority and can be abusive to whoever is ver DANGEROUS! maybe they put him there to guard people who want to just get in to use therestrooms,and maybe they put him in charge of that cause he has an attitude but that man is violent! and they better prepare to start paying lawsuits!! I am so traumatised I cry everytime I have to verbalise this ordeal.</p> <p> </p>
