Money taken without receiving food

I have placed an order using the McDelivery app I ordered as a guest as I did not sign up it would have taken too long my son is I’ll and I needed to order breakfast quickly after following all the prompts and placing my order I was taken to the payment screen where it was successful my money was taken I have proof of that via my bank account after the payment was made the next screen said sorry we have no record of any order for you my money was taken and the order just completely disappeared the customer support number just rings and rings no surprise there .I can’t log a complaint on the app as I was not logged in as a member and made the order as a guest so it would not allow me to log a complaint there is absolutely no trace of my order yet my money was deducted I would like assistance regarding this asap and I would like my money returned.
