Moldy jalapeños on my chicken tenders

I went to McDonald's Albermale waited 30min + for my chilli cheese tenders to which I ate most of it only to find the jalapeños moldy. I wasted time and money and I get that its busy but why should someone have to check if their food is fresh. Disappointed and put off. No apologies nothing
