Missing products, missed instructions

This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered through Mr D. One item was missing and one item ignored the special instructions of no sauce and no garnish. Short of going myself to Mcdonald's and checking my order before I leave, I don't know how to get my order right. But after being messed around so many times, I will gladly stop eating from McDonald's altogether.
