Missing order

I ordered via Uber eats a Quaterpounder medium meal and the fries halfway on the packet/box. This is not the first time. It looked as though they poured regular fries in a medium container/box.

This order was prepared by your restaurant in Kempton Park CBD(on monument road).

Utterly unacceptable.
