Missing Nuggets on my order

I went to Mcdonalds a Friday ago and placed an order for me and my colleagues.<br> a lot of times i have only realized once having left the restaurant that they have forgotten to add my nuggets. so this time i asked the lady and confirmed \are you sure you have added the mcnuggets\" she assured me that she did.<br> I returned to our office and to my surprise the Nuggets were not there but the sauce was. I tried calling the branch but couldn't get through. i then called the customer service number, they took down my details and told me they would get back to me. They called me the following Wednesday and apologized for what happened and said they would deliver the nuggets to me that very same Wednesday. I sent them a follow up email on Friday( 4th Feb) asking about my nuggets there has been no response from them since. I am bummed that i paid for something i did not receive."
