Missing Items/wrong item/s delivered

So I happen to go on Ubereats to order myself lunch, I find that there is a promo of buy one get one free. Cool I go ahead and order myself a chicken foldover meal( with stoney zero) x2 for the price of one and smarties mcflurry x2 for the price of one. The total bill amount was R99.80 of which I only got the chicken fo***** with the wrong softdrinks(coke instead of stoney zero), furthermore the mcflurry's were not delivered I was told by the Ubereats driver that Mcdonalds doesnt have ice cream.

I have ordered with fishaway through Ubereats which they rejected my order and never charged me for it because they didn't have what I ordered. So my point is why am I charged for something the resturant doesn't have and no decency whatsoever to be notified as a customer?

Please urgently look into this matter and make sure I get the service I deserve.
