MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER

I JUST ORDERED FROM MacDonalds Value Mall in Eastrand and i was missing some items in my order, i called them, gave them my order number and i was told i must contact Mr Delivery regarding my food or refund. How does Mr delivery has to do with my food and why am i being involved between MacD and Mr Delivery? I am really frustrated and hungry were i am as i dont even know if i will even get my food. Honestly I am DISGUSTED
