Missing item purchased in the box

I bought a mcfeast, chicken fold over and a happy meal with side chicken nuggets which i was billed for all of them. i received my order and went home, i got home at around half past 8 and when i we were about to eat our dinner i realized that they only packed the chicken nuggets with chips and there wasn't any cheeseburger in my daughters meal, i was so furious as i was charged for it, i called them the following day and the phone rings without any answer, this is totally unacceptable as i have loosed my R18.00 over nothing, i am cross with the carelessness of Mcdonald's CARLTON CENTER staff as it means they are not concentrating when packing items and i need my money back for this. i need a callback for this issue.
