Missing item on order

I bought a few items from the store on the 23 of July 2022 to an amount of R390. One of the items was a kiddies meal but there was no apple juice which was what i ordered with the kiddies meal. I called the store more than 10 times with no answer. This is a huge inconvenience because i cannot go back to the store and I've been charged for something i haven't received.
