Missing item from order - no answer on phone line

We bought food at the Macdonald's Okovango Drive-through but when we got home the fries were missing from our order. Fun seeing as its load shedding and we bought fast food so my kids wont need to wait for the power to get back on before we could make them food

I tried calling them about 5 times with no answer at all.

Just annoyed
