Missing food in my order

I went to McDonald's menlyn retail park. I was there around 8pm tonite the 8th of June 2019.

First of all when we got to the drive thru the lasy who was taking our order made us wait while sge went to ask for change because sge had run out of change. She came back and took our order. We had to repeat our order 3 times to her. Then we waited for 10min if not more to get to the windor where we had to pay for our order.

Then we went to the other window to collect our order. We ordered :big mac meal medium with apple juice, spicey folder over only, 6 nuggets with jalapeno dip sauce. The total was R122, 50. they gave us coke instead. My husband then parked the car, went inside and showed them that they gave us a wrong drink. The took the slip and gave him apple juice. We drove home, only to find that there was no big mac burger and jalapeno dip sauce.

I called McDonald's i spoke to the manager who was on duty Nthabiseng Ledwaba. She apologized and told me that she cant send a rider to bring my food because im not around im in mamelodi. I must then go to denlyn McDonald's to collect my food.

Im not happy at all with the service i got from McDonald's today. Then im expected to take my car, use my petrol and drive back to menlyn to collect my missing burger and sauce. Its not my fault that your stuff is *********** and cant work well under pressure.

This must be sorted out.
