Missing food from McDonald's order

There was a really long delay at the McDonald's in Farrarmere (Mercy street) at approx 9pm tonight (Saturday 10 Sept) and when we finally got to the front of the queue, received our food and got home, we noticed that our loaded fries weren't even there. I tried calling their number but it is disconnected, no way to contact them and I'm not driving back for the loaded fries. How many people just lose out on their food like this? It was a choice between McDonald's and KFC and it looks like we made the wrong choice tonight.
