Missing Food

<p>I ordered food online for a work lunch, and one of the meals was missing (as well as 2 toys) - I contacted head-office and was told that the food would be delivered and they apologised and ensured it would be sorted out. 3 HOURS later - after getting the person food from somewhere else, I was contacted by McDonalds in Craighall and offered a free dessert - the guy didnt even know why he was phoning.</p> <p>He also failed to mention where the missing food was or a refund - I had to ask for one (Let's see if that happens).</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad service. *********** staff.</p>
