Missing a cheeseburger

I ordered a larger quarter pounder meal and then I ordered a medium cheeseburger meal and then a cheeseburger happy meal tonight (23 February) at the Tableview branch. I usually check the bag to see that the order is correct but the one time I don’t check it because I am in a hurry because it took over 20 minutes to get my order. I get home to discover that they failed to pack 1 cheeseburger. I was not going to drive all the way back to McDonalds and waste my petrol to have to wait another 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger. But the reason I am complaining is because this is not the first time I have had issues with this McDonalds. The service is ALWAYS slow. But looking at all of these reviews it seems like the service is shocking everywhere and like all these other reviews I doubt I will even get a reply or acknowledgement.
