Missed breakfast

I ordered my breakfast through their app this morning at 9:40 and paid immediately with the card option, with an estimated latest delivery of 10:20. After my meeting at 10:45, when I call the store, they tell me breakfast ends at 10:30, and for my refund I'll have to call their customer service
