Today I've a very disappointing experience with Mcdonalds.

They are running a promo: WHEN MEALS ARE UPSIZED YOU GET FREE NUGGETS

I have purchased three meals and upsized them all. When receiving the food, the lady who assisted advised everything is in the bag (before we could check) and trusting this we left.

When I arrived at home - there was no nuggets. I drove all the way to Durbanville already and could not go back to Parow Centre just for nuggets.
