Misleading On Volume Of Soft Drinks

I visited McDonalds Gordon Road in Morningside on Saturday 15/08/26 at circa 10:30pm. The drive thru was empty, I placed my order and went through to the payment window. When I reached there they didn’t have my order and requested for me to place my order again. I went to the pick up window and they made me wait about 5 minutes for my order. To my surprise I saw my coke was only half filled. When I enquired the reason for this the lady by the name of Faith said that if you don’t want ice then we don’t fill the cup up. So I told her if that’s the case she rather keep the coke for herself, her response was sure she will have it. This means that we actually not paying for a 500ml coke but 250ml coke and 250ml ice.
